1. Temperature-Controlled Packaging
Natural agarwood (oud) resins, Taif rose absolutes, and precious attars are sensitive to extreme heat and thermal fluctuation. To ensure each flacon arrives in pristine master-cellar condition, all shipments are enclosed in insulated packaging designed to maintain optimal stability throughout the journey.

3. Order Tracking & Real-Time Notifications
Upon parcel dispatch, you will automatically receive an SMS and email notification containing your airway bill (AWB) tracking number. You may also monitor your package directly at any time via our live Order Tracking Portal.
4. Customs, Duties & International Taxes
For international shipments, customs duties and local import VAT may be assessed depending on your country's customs authorities. In most destinations, duties are handled on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis at checkout to ensure seamless doorstep release without unexpected customs holds.
5. Damaged or Compromised Shipments
All consignments are fully insured against transit loss or breakage. In the rare event your crystal flacon arrives damaged, notify our concierge within 48 hours of delivery at concierge@vnvparfums.com with photographs of the packaging. We will expedite a priority replacement without delay.
