The Discovery Vial Guarantee
With every purchase of a full-size flacon (50ml or 100ml), we include a complimentary matching 2ml Discovery Sample Vial.
We invite you to test the scent on your skin using the small vial first before opening the main coffret. If the accords do not harmonize with your chemistry, you may return the unopened full-size flacon for a complete refund or exchange within 14 days.
1. Eligibility Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery to request a return or exchange.
- The full-size flacon must remain unopened, unused, and with the original gold wax seal and cellophane wrapping intact.
- The coffret box, velvet insert, and serial certificate must be in original condition.
- You may keep the 2ml discovery vial as our gift, even if you return the main bottle.
2. Step-by-Step Return Process
- Initiate Request: Email our concierge at concierge@vnvparfums.com or contact our WhatsApp concierge (+60 10-706 3577) with your Order ID.
- Prepaid Courier Pickup: Our team will arrange a reverse pickup from your doorstep via our courier partner.
- Inspection at Atelier: Once received at our facility, our quality control specialists inspect the outer seal within 48 business hours.
- Refund Issuance: Your refund will be credited directly to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking).
3. Refund Processing Timelines
Once an authorized return passes inspection, refunds are triggered immediately:
- Credit / Debit Cards: 5 to 7 business days, depending on your card issuer.
- UPI & Net Banking: 2 to 4 business days.
- Store Credit: Instantaneous digital credit with 10% loyalty bonus.
4. Non-Returnable Items
In accordance with international cosmetic hygiene standards:
- Flacons with broken tamper-evident seals or ruptured cellophane wrap.
- Pure concentrated oil attars (Tola bottles) without protective seals.
- Customized flacons featuring bespoke monogram engravings.
- Clearance and private vault auction lots.
